***** Great Book! Tempting photography of Gabriele Stabile and mark Ibold. The book was written by Christina Tosi with Courney Mcbroom. It's Momofuku milk bar and all delicious and sweet treats... Aparently, this bar opened in 2004 with no intentions of serving desserts, but then they did!Mother sauces, ingredients, equipment, technics, cookies, pies, sorbets, cakes, and red velvet ice cream! And mother dough, bagel bombs, pretzels, brioche and focaccia, etc.
